What’s the AI-native future?

By now, most people have heard of ChatGPT. Over a 100M users in less than 2 months is a record feat by any measure.

People from various backgrounds (tech vs. non-tech, etc.) have all been wowed by what’s now possible with Large Language Models (LLMs) as a trusty assistant to help with tasks ranging from writing emails, doing basic research, generating summaries and more. The possibilities are endless.

ChatGPT has ushered in an “AI-native” future. At Align AI, we define “AI-native” as having 3 distinct characteristics:

As the AI-Native future emerges, one thing becomes clear. What is Align AI?

The start of conversational data analysis is to identify the sub-set of data you would like to do your analysis on. Align AI makes this extremely straightforward. We leverage natural language in our universal search so that you can search conversations by simply combining different criteria together. For example, if you want to find conversations where the user is expressing anger and discussing issues-related to bad customer service, simply combine two filters together: “user emotion is anger” and “user message is about receiving bad customer service.” We worked really hard to empower any builder regardless of their technical or querying knowledge to dive deeper into how their users are interacting with their product.


Meet insights, delivered automatically
