What is the Dashboard?
The dashboard is a sentiment dashboard that gives you general insights into your user’s overall satisfaction. Building and analyzing product, it’s always difficult to figure out where to begin your analysis and discovery. The dashboard is the perfect place to start, answering important questions around 1) Are my users satisfied? 2) Are my users dissatisfied? 3) Why are my users dissatisfied? and more!
Feature 1: Conversations overview
The overview is a collection of 4 metrics that give you a general sense of user satisfaction. The unclassified sessions represent conversations that were neither positive nor negative!
Feature 2: Sentiment graph
The sentiment graph enables you to easily view the change in user satisfaction over time. Tracking satisfaction, you can pinpoint different days that had relatively higher user dissatisfaction to understand what needs improvement!
Feature 3: User experience breakdown
The user experience breakdown represents the top 3 reasons for user satisfaction and dissatisfaction. Align AI classifies and analyzes the conversations that you’ve ingested to help you easily understand why users are happy or not!
Feature 4: Sessions worth noting
Sessions worth noting represents the most recent sessions where users were satisfied or dissatisfied. This allows you to take action in real-time if there are particularly bad experiences that users are having!
